General Personality Description:
Bellatrix can mostly be described as dark. She's very insecure and on edge. She lives her life taking risks. She seems so unafraid, but no one can really see what she's got on her mind. Bella always has this greater idea in mind that no one can figure out. She's got her head in the most obscure places. It's hard to fully grasp why she does the things she does.

Bellatrix is very intelligent. She's up there in the numbers of the top students and she has a vast knowledge of dark spells. Bellatrix doesn't hide the things she's good at. She lets those things shine. That's one thing she's learned from the Dark Lord, to show off the things she's good at. Her flying ability, for one, comes in handy in the arrogance department.

Bellatrix can be extremely arrogant, stubborn, pompous, cynical, rude, sarcastic, and closed-minded. She's an extremist to the highest degree. It's either her way or none at all. She has never heard of being wrong nor will she ever. She does not take blame for her fault, she blames others for everything and takes sly and sneaky behaviors to be a natural way of life. She hides so many things and knows how to lie like a pro. Very few people can tell if she is lying, it's quite strange.

Bellatrix is complex in that she doesn't let people know her. She keeps herself so guarded and stands above all others. She does not seek companion, she seeks followers. The only case in which this does not apply is with her Lord. He is her master, her only true love, her only true guardian. Bellatrix believes in him as though he is this god. She has taken the time to know him, to know his history. She loves him fully even though she knows he will never ever love her back. Her passion for the Dark Lord is unhealthy and dangerous. Then again, Bellatrix Black has never been known as a safe sort of girl.

Appearance Description:
Bella is about 5'7" and weighs around 140 lbs. She has dark hair and dark eyes. Her skin is pale and her features, memorable. She rarely smiles, but when she does it seems as though she's an entirely different person. She wears this expression of casual annoyance and absent-minded thinking constantly. She's easy to judge as the stereotypical Slytherin to be completely honest.

Bellatix's style choices are pretty average. She wears a lot of jeans, t-shirts, blouses. Her wardrobe includes a lot of jackets and cloaks. She wears a lot of scarves and wear her hair down almost all the time. Bella's style is more secretive. She covers herself well and sometimes, it's easy to miss her face altogether. She likes to try to blend with the crowd, that makes it easier to do her darker deeds.

People have always seen me a certain way. Ever since I was born, even my parents saw me in one light only. I was this dark little thing from the very beginning. Druella described me as dark-haired, dark-eyed, and wearing a grimace from the very start.

I was never good enough for her. Both of my parents were searching for gems and I was just the first-born flaw. They found their treasure with Narcissa and their oddity with Andromeda. I was nothing. Ok, maybe not nothing, but I was certainly not the one that the family wanted in the lime-light. They had high expectations for me, yet they didn't really understand me.

From the age of three, I could remember their words burning down into me. Telling me that I would never rise to that height of caliber which the Black name stood at. I would never be the star to shine. I would never be perfect like my little sister Cissa. I would never even be memorable like Meda. I was only dark, cynical, awkward, left out.

When I came to Hogwarts, it didn't get much better. The only difference was, I found a refuge. I found a place to belong. I found the Death Eaters. At least the other students my age joined in with me. I took to this dark new power like salt and pepper. I was always meant to belong there. There weren't ever questions. I knew that what I was doing would be "wrong" but nothing would hold me back.

I was bright, talented, and stood out in a new way. Dark magic was always like a magnet with me. It sucked me in and I let it devour me body and soul. That's right, I let it. I was a very controlled person. I had so much. I still have it all.

I'm beginning to reach new heights in magical ability now that I'm entering this world of darkness. My Lord treasures me in the way my parents and sisters never did. He recognizes that beautiful darkness within me and treats it like clay to mold into the most prized of possessions. I am Bellatrix Sofia Black and I shall never be forgotten!
