General Personality Description:
In her teens, Beverly didn't care about anyone but herself. She loved her family and friends dearly, but was too concerned with her future to think about anyone else's needs. However, after her mother died everything changed for her. Her mother was her best friend and losing her was hard. But Bev recovered enough to realize that she had to worry about her family's needs now. Beverly does hate the fact that she's become a sort of mother-figure to Sophie and Melody. But she can't really blame them for thinking of her that way when she tried her hardest after Jennifer died to take her place and keep everything the same for the girls.

Though she definitely cares more about other people's feelings now than she used to, Bev has a lot of dreams for herself, like becoming an amazing Healer like her mother was, and finding a man who understands that family is the most important thing to her. But with the war raging, her father missing, and her presence desperately needed at St. Mungo's, dating is the farthest thing from Beverly's mind.

Appearance Description:
Beverly likes to wear bright clothing, usually red or blue to compliment her sky blue eyes for which she was named. She wears a lot of skirts and dresses but it's not uncommon for her to dress in jeans and a blouse either. Bev absolutely loves shoes and boots. She has tons in all styles and colors.

Bev has black hair and pale skin because she doesn't get outside as much as she used to. Her long and straight hair is normally left down, except while she's at work when she has it tied up in a pony-tail or bun. She has a slim waistline, she wears reading glasses that she hates people to see her in. And aside from her pierced ears, the only other markings she has are a few small scars on her legs from when she was a kid, and one particularly long one on her right arm, from when she dived for a snitch in her sixth year and fell off her broom. She won the game.

History:
Beverly was born on September sixth to Ivan and Jennifer Danforth. Ivan owned a magical transportation company, while Jennifer was a Healer at St. Mungo's who quit when she found out she was pregnant with Bev.

Growing up, Beverly was a bit of a handful. Her first act of magic was summoning a bottle of butterbeer out of her father's hands when she was two. When visiting a friend's house when she was five she accidentally set fire to their cat. And she ran off while shopping with her mother so often that Florean Fortescue and the owners of Honeydukes now knew her by name.

With her being so much trouble, Ivan and Jen didn't even consider having another child until Beverly was almost ten and the time for her to go off to Hogwarts was drawing closer. Sophie was born nine months later. Bev loved being a big sister. She'd jump at the chance to help dress the baby or push the stroller. But sadly she had to go away to Hogwarts a few months later knowing that she wouldn't see her sister until Christmas.

To the delight of both sides of her family, Beverly was put into Hufflepuff, the house of the loyal. However, her wild streak did not stop when she entered school. Her parents were constantly receiving letters about her latest prank or late-night adventures around the castle. But, as to make sure she wasn't expelled, Bev worked harder than most students at getting good grades.

When Bev turned twelve she was rewarded with another sister, Melody, who she adored as much as the first. In her second year at Hogwarts she tried out for the Hufflepuff quidditch team and became their Seeker. By fifth year she was made captain and had won the quidditch cup every year she played. Everything seemed to be going very well for the Danforth family. Then, just before Beverly's graduation, a terrible fire that burned down the daycare Jennifer had started in the guest house took her life. Thankfully no one else was injured, but the loss destroyed Ivan and his girls.

Beverly finished her last month of school without any pranks or parties. She even called in a substitute to play the last quidditch game. After graduation, Bev went home to help her father make arrangements and raise her sisters. She also made a point of turning down the offer she'd gotten to play for the Appleby Arrows. Instead, she applied to become a trainee Healer. Which she did during the night while taking care of her sisters and the daycare in the morning. After only two and a half years of intense training, Bev became the youngest Healer in her field. But she continued to work nights until Sophie and Melody were both attending Hogwarts.

When the war against Voldemort started, Ivan and his two brothers joined the Order of the Phoenix, along with Beverly and her three cousins. Since then, one brother has died and Ivan has gone missing, presumed dead by the Ministry, though Bev still has hope.
