Haley is sweet and caring. She loves her friends and family more than anything else, and would do anything for them. She's been considered a nerd by a lot of people because she loves school so much, but she never lets it get her down. Appearance Description:
Haley's hair style and color are forever changing. Originally it's a brown, and she usually lets it grow passed her shoulders. On occasion she has dyed it blond. She also has light brown eyes. She has a slim figure, pierced ears, and no other markings.

Her style is very casual. She's almost always found in jeans and a t-shirt. She rarely wears skirts or dresses but doesn't mind doing so for formal or special occasions. Haley loves to wear hats and ponchos, which she is always getting teased about.

History:
Haley was the sixth child born to muggle-born Jim and pureblood Lydia James. Haley's siblings ranged in ages from three to thirteen. Between dance recitals, quidditch games, school preparations, and their own careers, the James parents were always on the go, but somehow managed to make some time for their kids. But Haley sometimes felt like an outsider in her own family, being the younger.

At the age of eight, when the last of her siblings had gone off to Hogwarts, Haley buried herself in music. She begged her father to teach her how to play his grand piano. And she started taking singing lessons too. By the time she started school, she'd mastered the guitar as well.

That same year, while grabbing a drink at a local cafe, Haley met Lucas Scott who happened to be the owner's son. The kids became quick friends, mostly due to Haley missing her siblings, and Luke having none. Their friendship continued when they entered Hogwarts and were sorted into different houses.

In sixth year, when Lucas was enduring a lot of bullying from his half-brother Nathan, Haley was faced with the option of tutoring Nathan, which she agreed to do - so long as he left Lucas alone. One thing led to another and, with a push from Brooke Davis, Haley and Nate began dating. Then, during the summer after their sixth year, they got married in a private ceremony on the beach.
