Lucius quickly ran up the last few steps and into the old office there. He emerged a minute later carrying his forgotten books. He then re-joined Aphrodite, taking her hand again, and began walking down the stairs, fully prepared to show off to those guys in his house who had teased him about Aphrodite leaving him for a muggle. 'It's amazing what cutting class can do for my personal life,' Lucius thought, recalling how utterly depressed he was when he walked into the abandoned classroom a half hour ago. Now he was grinning from ear to ear, blissfully happy to be back with the love of his life.
