I like the font but the picture is really grainy. That may be intentional... but it makes look a little low quality. Maybe a texture in place of grain? Or if that is a texture, maybe a different. The colors are lovely though, and the blend job is great I can't select to save my life.

Way, way, wayyyyyy to much going on in there. In between the text, textures and the sheer amount of pictures its very distracting to the eye. Maybe if you had one dominant image and then some of the smaller faces in 'snap shots' going down the bottom or something on a plain background?
